After collecting your luggage, head to the Terminal 4 coach zone. Coaches wait for delayed flights when notified — phone us on 03 5333 4181 if you're running late and we'll put you on the next service.

Aim to be at the coach zone within 30 minutes of touchdown.

Can I book for today's bus?
Yes — you can book and pay online 24/7. Please note the website has a 2½-hour cut-off before departure. For very short notice, phone the office on 03 5333 4181 during business hours and we'll book you in if seats remain.
Can I be picked up from my house or accommodation?
No, sorry — we only pick up and drop off at our designated stops in Ballarat, Ballan, Bacchus Marsh and Melton.
How much luggage can I take?
One standard suitcase and one small carry-on bag per paying passenger. There is a small extra charge for additional items — see the Fares page for current pricing.
What happens if I miss my booked bus?
Your ticket is valid for the next available service, provided there are spare seats (booked passengers on that service have priority). Have your ticket or booking number ready for the driver.
